Uruguay and Colombia face off in Brasília on Saturday, July 3 at 6 p.m. ET in the 2021 Copa América quarterfinals. The match will air on FS2 and then be joined in progress by FS1 once MLB is finished for the day. Uruguay is a -150 favorite to advance at DraftKings Sportsbook, while Colombia is a +120 underdog.

Uruguay finished in second place in Group A, just three points behind Argentina with a record of 2-1-1. They logged wins over Paraguay and Bolivia, while losing 1-0 to Argentina and rounding out with a 1-1 draw to Chile. Edinson Cavani leads the way with two goals while Luis Suarez added their only other goal scored throughout the group stage. Colombia had a tougher time, finishing third in Group B while only managing one win in the group stage, a 1-0 victory over Ecuador. They added a scoreless draw with Venezuela, and finished group play with a pair of 2-1 losses to Peru and Brazil.

Uruguay vs. Colombia

Uruguay: +140 (to advance -150)
Tie: +200
Colombia: +230 (to advance +120)
Total goals: 1.5 (Over -190, Under +150)

Regular time ML pick: Uruguay +140
Team to advance pick: Uruguay -150
Best bet: Uruguay to advance -150

Sure, maybe Uruguay only managed to score three goals throughout four games (Bolivia helped them out by adding an own goal as well), but they have plenty of pieces needed to get the job done in the likes of Edinson Cavani, Luis Suarez, Federico Valverde, and Facundo Torres who are all more than capable of banging in a goal or two in any given situation. Their defense is just as tough, with Cagliari’s Diego Godin and Atletico Madrid’s Jose Gimenez holding down the line in front of goalkeeper Fernando Muslera. Colombia just doesn’t have the firepower or the defensive line to handle the opposition as Uruguay is expected to cruise to a win in their first knockout game of this tournament.
