The 2021 MLB All-Star Game is set for 7:30 p.m. ET at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado on Tuesday night on FOX. The American League has dominated the National League recently, winning seven of the last All-Star Games and 14 of the past 17 overall. With the AL dominating so much, how should we look at the odds to win All-Star Game MVP? Well, DraftKings Sportsbook has the odds posted for the award and we’ll break it down a bit before the game, then go over the winner later on.
2021 MLB All-Star Game MVP odds
Update — Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is your 2021 All-Star Game MVP! The AL took the game 5-2 over the NL thanks to Vlad Jr., who accounted for 2 of the 5 runs, including a mammoth 468-foot HR in the third inning. Guerrero was +750 to win ASG MVP on DKSB entering the game, third-best odds among the player pool. Ohtani ended up getting the win but only pitched one inning.

To no one’s surprise, Shohei Ohtani is the frontrunner to win MVP at +370 on DKSB. He’s going to leadoff for the AL and start at pitcher, something he’s been doing quite a bit this season for the Los Angeles Angels. Behind him, you’ve got Fernando Tatis Jr. and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Both offer some value, but Vladdy Jr. is the strong play at +750 given the AL has won this game so often. Aaron Judge isn’t a bad play as well at +1300 if he can get the ball out of the park and do some damage early on.
Among some of the sleepers, you’ve got to look right to Juan Soto at +4500 down on the board. He did pretty well in the HR Derby last night and is definitely going overlooked among the top young stars at the ASG. Kris Bryant at +5000 feels like good value if you think the NL can bunk the trend and win this game.
