Tennis legend Serena Williams has left her first round Wimbledon match on Tuesday due to what appears to be a left leg injury. Williams slid on the court returning a shot from Aliaksandra Sasnovich. She grimaced after that and then again as she returned the next shot. After the point ended she had to leave the court with a trainer for a medical timeout. Williams was leading 3-2 in the first set at the time of the injury.
