The Los Angeles Angels and New York Yankees start a new series tonight in the Bronx. We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here and we’ll throw in a player prop that has a good shot to hit too.

Angels vs. Yankees, 7:05 p.m. ET

Moneyline pick: Yankees -157

The Angels have won just one game in their last six tries, but salvaged a get away day win over the Rays on Sunday. Still, they come into this one with an uphill climb ahead of them with Michael King on the bump for the Yanks and Dylan Bundy projected to start for LAA.

King has been serviceable this season, with a 4.05 ERA, but he doesn’t tend to get deep in games — only making it into the fifth frame one time this season. So expect a heavy dose of the bullpen from New York. Still, he should probably have enough in the tank to outlast the reeling Bundy. His ERA has ballooned to nearly 7.00 and he has just one win on his resume and seven losses. Bundy has given up 47 earned runs in just over 61 innings pitched and will be facing a power-heavy offense with Aaron Judge, Gary Sanchez, and Giancarlo Stanton.

The Yanks offense has picked it up as of late as well, averaging nearly five runs per game in their last 10. That includes a rough three-game sweep at the hands of the Red Sox over this weekend as well. After facing such a tough opponent, they’ll be eager to get back on track and pick up where they left off before heading to Fenway.

Player Prop: Aaron Judge to hit a home run (+450)

Judge hasn’t had the traditional power numbers we expect to see from him, with just 17 home runs on the season. But he seems to be finding a groove now. In his last four games he’s added two more bombs. He’s starting to just get his bat on the ball more overall now. Just the fact that he’s making better contact means that with his power, the moon shot home runs are bound to come sooner rather than later.
