Moneyline pick: Phillies +112

We’re going with the underdogs in this spot, and the Phillies are worth the risk. They will start Vince Velasquez on the mound with a 2-1 record and 4.25 ERA through 13 appearances with nine starts. In his last time out, he allowed just two runs in five innings in a win over the New York Yankees. San Francisco will start Johnny Cueto with a 4-3 record and 4.00 ERA. In his last two starts, he has allowed nine runs in 9.2 innings of work in a pair of Giants losses.
