The Philadelphia 76ers will be without Danny Green for two to three weeks due to a calf strain, according to Shams Charania. Green suffered the injury in Philadelphia’s Game 3 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.

Philadelphia is currently favored to win the series against the Hawks at -715, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. The 76ers are second-favorites to win the East at +320 behind the Brooklyn Nets. They are +750 to win the NBA title, giving them the fourth-best odds. If Green makes a full recovery, it can only help Philadelphia’s title chances.

Green was a strong shooting option for the 76ers, hitting 40.5 percent of his triples in the regular season and 37.8 percent in the playoffs. His injury gives way for second-year guard Matisse Thybulle to step up. Thybulle was a strong perimeter scorer in college, but is better known for his lockdown defense in the NBA.

With Seth Curry and Tobias Harris staying hot, the 76ers might not rely as heavily on Green’s shooting. They will miss his championship experience, but Green could be back if the Sixers make a run to the Finals.
