Final scores

Wales 1, Switzerland 1
Finland 1, Denmark 0
Belgium 3, Russia 0

Day two of the 2020 UEFA European Championship will begin on Saturday and feature three matches that will start between 9:00 a.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. ET. Wales will take on Switzerland in the first game of the day before Denmark faces off against Finland and Belgium takes on Russia. Al three squads have quality players worth keeping an eye on, and we’ve identified a few of the most fun footballers to watch.

Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale will be the most interesting player in the weekend’s first fixture. The 31-year-old isn’t in his prime but leads Wales in international goals with 33 and ranks third all-time in caps with 92. He still has enough speed to get in behind defenses to score or make plays for others and his quality could determine the outcome of this game.

Denmark will be led by Christan Eriksen, who’s scored 36 goals in 102 caps. The Inter Milan midfielder could crack the top five all-time in caps with a few more international appearances. He’s been named the Danish Player of the Year a record-breaking five times for a reason, so he’s sure to make an impact on his team’s match against Finland.

Belgium’s Kevin De Bruyne needs no introduction. The Manchester City superstar is arguably the best playmaker in the world. He can pick out his team’s elite finishers with surgical precision and bend goals on his own in open play or from set pieces. Belgium is sure to be one of the most exciting teams in the tournament, and De Bryune will be at the center of everything.

Belgium has the third-best odds (+750) to win the entire tournament while Russia doesn’t even crack the top 12 at +10000. The favorite has never lost to Russia and has outscored the underdog 7-2 in the European Championship since 2017. The talent gap between these two teams is significant, so getting these odds is ideal. Belgium should probably be at least -200.
