Sixers vs. Hawks pick against the spread, best player prop for Game 3

Game 3 between the Philadelphia 76ers and Atlanta Hawks will set the tone for the rest of the series. If the Hawks prevail at home, Game 4 essentially becomes a must-win for the Sixers. If the 76ers can win Game 3, they’ll take back home-court advantage and put the pressure on Atlanta. Here’s how bettors should look at Friday’s pivotal contest.

Pick ATS: 76ers -1.5

This is essentially a pick ‘em, and the 76ers are the better team. The Hawks have yet to lose at home in the playoffs this year, but Philadelphia has Joel Embiid healthy and is finding its groove. Ben Simmons should be more involved offensively in this one.

Player Prop: Trae Young over 2.5 3-pointers (-122)

Young was abysmal from behind the arc in Game 2, going 1-7 from deep. However, he’s still taking a ton of threes per game and is shooting well enough to make three. The Hawks go as Young goes and he tends to heat up at home. Although this prop didn’t hit in Game 2, it’s too good to pass on again.
