Breaking down the weather forecast for NASCAR’s All-Star weekend at Texas Motor Speedway

Weather is always a factor for NASCAR races, so here’s what’s projected for the NASCAR All-Star Open and All-Star Race at the Texas Motor Speedway.

NASCAR is heading down to the Texas Motor Speedway for a busy Saturday and Sunday. Saturday opens with the Camping World Truck Series SpeedyCash.com 220 at 1:00 p.m. ET. The race will air on FS1 and will be followed by the Xfinity Series Alsco Uniforms 250. Saturday’s Xfinity series race, which will air on FS1, begins at 4:00 p.m.

To wrap up race weekend, the Cup Series will run its annual All-Star Open and All-Star Race on Sunday evening. The Open, which will determine three of the final four spots in the Race, is set to air on FS1 at 6:00 p.m. ET. The Race will follow at 8 p.m.

Below we’ll take a look at the weather projected for the Texas Motor Speedway this weekend in Fort Worth, with info courtesy of AccuWeather. Since we are still a couple of days out from race weekend, the forecasts are all tentative.
