The PGA Tour is in South Carolina this week for the 2021 Palmetto Championship. The tournament teed off Thursday morning at the Congaree Golf Club. The Championship is a one-time event replacing the annual RBC Canadian Open. The Toronto-based tournament was canceled for a second straight year due to travel restrictions connected to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year, Dustin Johnson enters as the favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, installed at +775 to win. He’s followed by Brooks Koepka (+850), Tyrrell Hatton (+1200), and Matthew Fitzpatrick (+1300).
The second round of the Palmetto Championship tournament gets underway on Friday with tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. ET. The Golf Channel will air coverage of the Friday round from 3 to 6 p.m. ET, while PGA Tour LIVE is set to air featured groups from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
