Breaking down opening lines for Sunday’s Toyota Save Mart 350

If you’re looking to get ahead on the betting market for the Toyota Save Mart 350, lines have been released on DraftKings Sportsbook. The next NASCAR Cup Series event will be held at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California on Sunday, June 6th at 4:00 p.m. ET on FS1.

Chase Elliott opened with the best odds to win the race at +225, followed by Martin Truex Jr. (+500) and Kyle Larson (+600) to round out the top three. Larson came away with the victory in Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600 from Charlotte Motor Speedway in the most recent NASCAR Cup Series race.

This race was not held in 2020, but the previous two races in 2018 and 2019 were won by Truex Jr., who won this event three times in his career. It’s a road course, which opens the door for some unexpected drivers having a better than expected performance. Elliott and Truex are two of the best right now, but an interesting long shot is rookie Chase Briscoe (+6600). He’s done well on Xfinity Series road courses and finished sixth two weeks ago at the EchoPark Texas Grand Prix at Course of the Americas.
