We go over some of the best betting options for Saturday’s matchup between the Texas Rangers and Seattle Mariners.

The Texas Rangers and Seattle Mariners will continue their four-game set Saturday at 10:10 p.m. ET. Mike Foltynewicz will be on the mound for the Rangers, while Justin Dunn will start for the Mariners. We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here.

Rangers vs. Mariners, 10:10 p.m. ET, ESPN+

Moneyline pick: Rangers +100

Seattle has taken the first two games of this four-game series, outscoring Texas 8-2. They have also won four of their last five games. A couple of reasons for their success lately is tremendous pitching as they have a 2.67 ERA in their last three games. And Seattle is having better approaches at the plate, slugging .220 in their last three contests.

That being said, the Mariners are slight favorites at home with -117 odds, but this could be a great spot for the Rangers to steal a win. Texas will have Mike Foltynewicz on the mound, who has a record of 1-4 and 4.53 ERA this season. He has also allowed 11 HRs on the season, but hasn’t given up one since May 7 against the Mariners. The 29-year-old gave up 6 hits (2 HR), 4 earned runs, 1 walk, but had 5 strikeouts in 6.2 IP. He should be able to navigate the Mariners’ lineup, while the Rangers’ offense should be able to put up some runs on Seattle starter Justin Dunn.

The 25-year-old Dunn has a record of 1-2 with an ERA of 3.40, but has allowed 25 walks in only 39.2 IP. In 19.1 innings pitched this month, Dunn has allowed 12 walks and three home runs. Texas’s offense is averaging 3.33 walks per game and should be able to capitalize off of Dunn’s mistakes with the hitters that they do have.

Player Prop: Adolis Garcia to hit a home run (+275)

Since we do not have any pitcher play props for this game listed, we are going to throw a Hail Mary prop out there. When it comes to betting home runs, there’s no exact science behind why this player will hit over another player. But Garcia to hit a HR seems like a good play, especially with Dunn allowing a homer in three out of his last four starts. This season, the rookie outfielder has crushed 16 HRs and has hit nine off of right-handed pitchers.
