We go over some of the best teams to stack for DFS on DraftKings for Friday’s slate in first round of the 2021 NBA playoffs.

Friday’s NBA playoff slate features a trio of high-stakes Game 3’s where two series could reach a point of no return while one is reaching a fever pitch of intensity and drama.

Sometimes with a plus-matchup on the NBA game slate, we get an opportunity to slot multiple players from the same team into our DFS lineups. You can read more about the concept of stacking here, but the main goal is to take advantage of this plus-matchup and use the salary cap to your advantage.

Here, we’ll break down the best team stacks on Friday, May 28th for the 2021 NBA playoff game slate.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Boston Celtics, 8:30 p.m. ET

Kevin Durant, $9,600
Joe Harris, $5,100
Blake Griffin, $4,300

The Brooklyn Nets are in prime position to effectively put their series against the Boston Celtics out of reach and we could once again see strong individual performances across their entire lineup, so take your pick of who you want to slot in here. For this stack, Durant is obviously the top option as he’s already averaging a double-double in the postseason and shooting at a ridiculous clip. Joe Harris is looking to keep his hot streak going after burying seven threes in Game 2 on Tuesday and with Jeff Green sidelined for the rest of the series, Blake Griffin could emerge as a really good value option for anyone looking to go deep into the Nets lineup for playmakers.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Dallas Mavericks, 9:30 p.m. ET

Kawhi Leonard, $8,500
Marcus Morris Sr., $4,700
Ivica Zubac, $4,100

Down 0-2 and on the cusp of the entire basketball world ridiculing their postseason exit for a second year in a row, one would imagine the Clippers coming out swinging tonight at Dallas. Kawhi put up a ridiculous 41 point effort on 67 percent shooting in Game 2 and will be a top option for any lineup heading into Game 3. While Paul George ($8,100) would be a good go-to if you’re looking for a top-heavy stack, I’d take a risk on Morris and Zubac stepping up huge for the Clips tonight. Neither man has gone over 12 DKFP in either game so far this series but with Serge Ibaka listed as a game-time decision with a back injury, there is an opportunity for both of these guys to ramp up their production and prove to be savvy value picks against the Mavs.
