The NBA Playoffs begin this Saturday, and despite there still being matchups to decide, the League has released the schedule for the four series openers. The Boston Celtics defeated the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night to advance to face the Brooklyn Nets in the first round. After that, we got times and the schedule for Saturday, take a look:
NBA playoff opening day schedule
No. 6 Miami Heat vs. No. 3 Milwaukee Bucks, 2:00 p.m. ET ESPN
No. 5 Dallas Mavericks vs. No. 4 Los Angeles Clippers, 4:30 p.m. ET ESPN
No. 7 Boston Celtics vs. No. 2 Brooklyn Nets, 8 p.m. ET ABC
No. 6 Portland Trail Blazers vs. No. 3 Denver Nuggets, 10:30 p.m. ET ESPN
We’ve got a rematch of last year’s first-round series between Kawhi Leonard and Luka Doncic. The Clippers have plenty to prove this time around after the Mavs pushed the series to 6 games. The Nuggets and Blazers have some history from back in 2019, when the Blazers won in 7 games to advance to the Western Conference Finals. Kyrie Irving and the Nets take on the Celtics and Jayson Tatum. Plus, another 2020 rematch with the Heat looking to upset the Bucks again.
