The winner of Tuesday’s matchup between the Washington Wizards and Boston Celtics at 9:00 p.m. ET will guarantee a spot in this year’s playoffs, so a lot is at risk for both sides. Both teams have plenty of capable who are cable of going off and exceeding expectations, but players are bound to have shortcomings as well. We’ll go over the best prop bet options on the table at DraftKings Sportsbook ahead of tip-off.

Russell Westbrook O24.5 points (+100)

Westbrook won Eastern Conference Player of the Month for May and averaged more than 26 points per game. He’s poured it on down the stretch to help Washington stay in the playoff picture and is sure to be extra aggressive while Bradley Beal is dealing with a hamstring injury. Boston’s perimeter defense has gotten much worse now that Jaylen Brown is out for the year with a wrist injury. This is the perfect spot for vintage Russ to put up big-time numbers.

Russell Westbrook O13.5 assists (+105)

Westbrook is averaging more than 16 assists per game in May and has dropped below 14 just twice this month. His ridiculous run of triple-doubles probably won’t end when everything is on the line. Don’t let his average of 7.7 assists per game against the Celtics this year deter you.

Robin Lopez O3.5 rebound (+102)

It’s absurd that the rebounding line for a center is this low. While Lopez is part of a complicated, three-man rotation but has grabbed four or more points in six of the nine games he’s played in May. There’s a chance that he won’t get many minutes, but if he gets and least 15 minutes he’ll likely surpass his average of 3.8 boards per game.

Evan Fournier O3.5 three-pointers (+130)

Fournier has been thrust into the starting lineup with Brown out for the year and his shooting will be vital for a Celtics team that needs offense. Fournier has made more than three triples in three of the six games he’s played since Brown went down and should thrive against one of the worst perimeter defenses in basketball.
