The 2021 NASCAR Cup Series is underway, and the Drydene 400 is set to run at the Dover International Speedway on Sunday, May 16th. The race starts at 2:00 p.m. ET and will broadcast on FS1.

Martin Truex Jr. will be the pole leader for the Drydene 400 and joined by Denny Hamlin on the front row. William Byron and Kyle Larson will be on the second row, while Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch will be on the third row.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Truex Jr. has the best odds to win at +350, along with the best odds to finish top 3 (+100). The next three drivers, who oddsmakers believe have a good chance of winning are Kyle Larson (+450), Denny Hamlin (+600), Kevin Harvick (+750), and Kyle Busch (+800). Last year, Hamlin won the Drydene 311 and Larson won the Drydene 400 in 2019.
