Pick against the spread, best player prop for Jazz vs. Mavericks on Monday

The Utah Jazz continue to ride with the best record in the NBA by a fairly large margin over the rest of the field, and they will head on the road to take on the Dallas Mavericks, who have been hot as of late. Utah will enter with a nine-game winning streak and a 38-11 record, at least 3.5 games better than every other team. Meanwhile, Dallas is 27-21 for the seventh best record in the Western Conference but won each of their last four games.

The Jazz are relatively healthy, but there are a number of question marks for Dallas on the injury front. New trade piece J.J. Redick remains out indefinitely, and big man Kristaps Porzingis is questionable after sitting out their last game with a knee injury. Additionally, Josh Richardson is questionable with a calf injury, while Maxi Kleber has been removed from the injury report. Be sure to check the injury report as it gets closer to game time.

Utah Jazz vs. Dallas Mavericks, 7:00 p.m. ET

Dallas played well in their five-game road trip, going 4-1 in that span, but it should be a nice return home for the Mavericks. Utah played their last two games at home and will start a quick, two-game road trip. Both teams took the floor on Saturday, so there will not be much of a rest advantage for either side. Even with a nine-game winning streak, Utah is just 5-4 against the spread in that span, and it will get down to .500 when the Mavericks cover as home underdogs.
