The NASCAR Cup Series is coming out of a rare bye week following the Food City Dirt Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. The circuit is headed Martinsville Speedway in Virginia for the Blu-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500. The race is set to run on Saturday at 7:30 p.m ET and will be broadcast on FOX.
Martin Truex Jr. (+500) won the race last year and is the odds-on favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook. He’s trailed by 2020 Cup Series champ Chase Elliott (+600) and Brad Keselowski (+600). Current points leader and three-time Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 winner Denny Hamlin is even with second-place Joey Logano — who won last week’s race — at +700. Those drivers have the best odds to take the checkered flag, but plenty of others could be in the hunt come race day.
