The draft is here! The 2021 NFL Draft has arrived and kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday. The draft runs three days, wrapping up at approximately 6 p.m. ET on Saturday. We’ll have over three months until training camp starts, but the draft provides us plenty to discuss heading into the summer.
The draft will air across ABC, ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and NFL Network. ABC will offer a unique broadcast the first two days and then simulcast ESPN’s broadcast on the final day.
The draft opens on Thursday with the first round running from 8 p.m. to approximately 11:30 p.m. ET. Each team has ten minutes per pick, but most do not take the full time. On Friday, the second day of the draft features the second and third round picks. Each team has seven minutes for their second round picks and five minutes for their third round picks. On Saturday, the final day of the draft features the fourth through seventh rounds. Each team has five minutes for their fourth through sixth round picks and four minutes for the seventh round.
