We go over some of the best betting options for Wednesday’s matchup between the Portland Trail Blazers and Memphis Grizzlies.

In a rematch from a few days ago, the Portland Trail Blazers will play the Memphis Grizzlies at 9 p.m. ET. The Grizzlies took the season series with a 120-113 win over the Blazers on Sunday at Moda Center.

The Trail Blazers had their five-game losing streak snapped on Tuesday night with a 133-112 must-win over the Indiana Pacers. Portland needed the win to keep pace in the West playoff race during a pivotal six-game road trip. The Trail Blazers are 1-4 in their last five games and 3-7 in their last 10.

The Grizzlies are right there with the Trail Blazers in the West playoff standings, sitting in the eighth spot. Memphis had its mini two-game winning streak (both vs. Portland) snapped by the Denver Nuggets in a 120-96 defeat on the road. Memphis is 2-3 in its last five games and 5-5 in the last 10 contests. We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here.

Trail Blazers vs. Grizzlies, 9:00 p.m. ET, NBA League Pass

Pick ATS: Grizzlies -1

It does not come as a surprise to see this game in pick’em territory since these two teams have played each other twice in the last five days. The Grizzlies won both games by a combined nine points. Second-year point guard Ja Morant played big in each win, scoring 33 and 28 points, respectively.

We could see the same thing happen tonight as this will be the second game of back-to-back for the Trail Blazers. Portland did not have to play starters extended minutes, with only Damian Lillard and Robert Covington recording 30-plus minutes. Neither the Blazers nor the Grizz have fared well against the West this season with records below .500.

The Grizzlies are 7-2 against the spread in their last nine games and 6-1 ATS in their last seven home games. Memphis has a record of 17-11-1 ATS at FedEx Forum this season. But the Trail Blazers are 17-12 against the spread this season on the road. They are also 7-6 ATS in the second game of a back-to-back this season.

Player Prop: Jaren Jackson O13.5 points (-113)

With Ja Morant likely commanding a ton of attention after last two games against the Trail Blazers, this could be a spot for Jackson to be a force in the frontcourt. In his three games of the season, Jackson has gone over 13.5 points twice, including 23 points against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Since this is only his fourth game back from injury, there might be hesitation to play JJJ’s player prop, hence why its at even money -113. However, Jackson is averaging 18.8 points in five career games against the Trail Blazers.
