Pick against the spread, best player prop for Raptors vs. Knicks on Saturday

We go over some of the best betting options for Saturday’s matchup between the Toronto Raptors and New York Knicks.

In the first game to tip-off Saturday in the Association, the Toronto Raptors will play the New York Knicks at 1 p.m. ET ESPN. The last time these two teams played each other, the Knicks defeated the Raptors 102-96 on April 11 at Madison Square Garden.

The Raptors are coming into MSG on a four-game winning streak after defeating the Brooklyn Nets 114-103 on Wednesday. Toronto has won their last four contests by an average of 8.3 points and have a record of 6-4 in their last 10.

The Knicks are one of the hottest teams in the league with an eight-game winning streak. New York defeated the Atlanta Hawks 137-127 in overtime Wednesday and received a huge performance All-Star forward Julius Randle, who scored 40 points. The Knicks are 8-2 in their last 10 games and holding onto the fourth seed in the East. We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here.

Raptors vs. Knicks, 1:00 p.m. ET, ESPN

The line for Saturday afternoon’s game is currently set at 1.5 points, with New York listed as the favorites. It is hard to bet against the Knicks right now, who are playing winning hoops on both ends of the floor. In their last 10 games, they are averaging 115.8 points per game and shooting 46.8% from the field. Meanwhile, the Knicks are holding their opponents to 108.7 points per game and 44.7% shooting from the perimeter.

Julius Randle and RJ Barrett have played instrumental roles in the team’s success and will be looked upon to lead them to another win. The Knicks are a perfect 10-0 against the spread in their last 10 games. They are also 6-0 ATS at home in their last six games and 19-10-1 at MSG this season.

As for the Raptors, they are trying to sneak into the play-in tournament, sitting in 12th in the NBA’s Eastern Conference. Toronto will try to win the rebounding battle, which they did not do in their last matchup against New York. The Raptors are 15-3 when the win the battle on the glass. The Raptors are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games but 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games against teams from the East.

With the Knicks still without Alec Burks, they need other players to pitch in and replace his production. While Derrick Rose and rookie Immanuel Quickley have had their moments off the bench. It’s been Reggie Bullock who has provided the Knicks with another scorer and shooter.

The veteran wing player is averaging 10.2 points per game, while shooting 43.6% from the field and 40.6% from three-point range. In the Knicks’ last five games, he’s averaging 15.2 points a game and shooting a healthy 48.8% from distance. He has also gone over his prop total in four of New York’s last five contests.
