The PGA Tour is in Louisiana this week for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. The second round tees off Friday morning at TPC Louisiana. The first tee time is 9:20 a.m. ET. We’ve posted the full list of tee times below, set to local time, which is central.
New Orleans has hosted some kind of tournament since 1938, but the tournament pivoted to a team event in 2017 in which golfers were paired up to face other duos. In the past five years, the tournament has alternated formats during the four rounds of play. In 2017, the format was alternate shot for the first and third rounds and better ball for the second and fourth rounds. Since 2018, the first and third rounds have used fourball while the second and fourth rounds have used alternate shot.
The 2020 Zurich Classic was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving the 2019 winners as the reigning defending champions. Jon Rahm and Ryan Palmer teamed up to defeat Tommy Fleetwood and Sergio Garcia by three strokes. Rahm and Palmer entered the tournament as co-favorites to win alongside the pair of Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele at DraftKings Sportsbook.
The second round gets going at 9:20 a.m. ET on Friday morning. You can watch coverage of the Zurich Classic on the Golf Channel from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. ET on Friday. Additionally, PGA Tour LIVE will offer live streaming from 9:15 a.m. to 6 p.m.
