Pick against the spread, best player prop for Warriors vs. Sixers on Monday

We go over some of the best betting options for Monday’s matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers.

Building around Malcolm Brogdon

The Philadelphia 76ers remain in the top spot of the Eastern Conference standings, and they will host a red-hot Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors on Monday, April 19th. Philadelphia will go for their fifth victory in a row with a 39-17 record. With a win, the 76ers would be two games ahead of the Brooklyn Nets at the top of the East. For Golden State, Stephen Curry knocked down at least 10 3-pointers in three of his last four games and connected on 44 threes in his last five. However, he injured his ankle in Saturday’s loss to the Boston Celtics. The Warriors have the ninth best record in the Western Conference at 28-29.

On Philadelphia’s injury report, George Hill could make his 76ers debut as he’s listed as questionable along with Seth Curry, Dwight Howard and Tobias Harris all uncertain to suit up. Stephen Curry is listed as questionable, as is Juan Toscano-Anderson, who is in concussion protocol after going after a loose ball in the Warriors’ last game.

Warriors vs. 76ers, 7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN

Pick ATS: 76ers -9.5

Philadelphia is on a roll right now, and we’re taking them to cover at home despite the high point spread. Be sure to check out the latest on the injury report before placing your wager, but even if Stephen Curry plays, he likely will be limited on a team that desperately needs him to put up a high point total. The 76ers are heading into their third straight home game and haven’t played since Friday, while Golden State is playing the fourth of a five-game road trip with one fewer day of rest. This is a good spot to take the 76ers.
