Best NBA team stacks for DFS on Saturday, April 10th

The NBA is kicking off the weekend with a seven-game main slate on DraftKings. The first tip is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and the final matchup will begin at 10:00 p.m. ET. Let’s take a look at the matchups with the most fantasy upside.

Sometimes with a plus-matchup on the NBA game slate, we get an opportunity to slot multiple players from the same team into our DFS lineups. You can read more about the concept of stacking here, but the main goal is to take advantage of this plus-matchup and use the salary cap to your advantage.

Here, we’ll break down three of the best team stacks for the NBA slate on April 10th.

Toronto Raptors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, 7:30 p.m. ET

Collin Sexton ($7,500)
Chris Boucher ($6,800)
Darius Garland ($6,700)
Malachi Flynn ($5,300)

This is one of the few games on the slate that’s not expected to be a blowout. The Cavaliers have secured two straight blowout wins thanks to spectacular scoring performances from Sexton and Garland. The duo need to do a lot of heavy lifting while Jarrett Allen is sidelined with a concussion, and Toronto is still without Fred VanVleet (hip) and Kyle Lowry (foot). The Raptors’ weak defensive backcourt should give both of them Sexton and Garland a good shot at being highly productive on offense.

Pascal Siakam (rest) also wont be playing, so Boucher will likely be chalk after putting up 69.75 DKFP in 36 minutes his last time out. The Raptors big man scored 38 points and grabbed 19 boards, and should benefit from a facing a Cavs team that’s without its best rim protector. Kevin Love and Isaiah Hartenstein aren’t ideal defensive matchups for a player with Boucher’s offensive skill set. Flynn has made the most of his chance to run the offense while Toronto has no other legitimate point guards and has averaged 34.6 DKFP over his last four games. The pick-and-roll maestro has a clear path to 30 or more minutes, and neither of the Cavs’ starting guards excel on defense.

Sacramento Kings vs. Utah Jazz, 9:00 p.m, ET

This game looks like it could be a blowout on paper, but there are a ton of players who could fill it up in a shootout. Fox has gone over his DKFP average in three of the four games he’s played in April. While facing off against one of the NBA’s premier defenses won’t be easy, he produced a solid 43.25 DKFP on 10-of-24 shooting when Jrue Holiday put him in the torture chamber. Utah doesn’t have a perimeter defender who comes close to Holiday, so expecting Fox’s usual numbers isn’t a reach. The Jazz are also one of the few teams that can’t take advantage of a power forward mismatch against Barnes. He is a lock to play 35 or more minutes while the Kings are dealing with several significant frontcourt injuries and is capable of dominating Bojan Bogdanovic and Royce O’Neale on offense if he gets enough looks. Barnes has returned more than 6x value at under $6.5K twice in his last five games.

Mitchell’s offensive aggression is on the rise. He’s attempted 60 shots in his last two games while converting 50% of his attempts. He’s been cold from deep, but his shot volume makes him an ideal target against one of the NBA’s worst defenses. Gobert has notched three straight 15-rebound double-doubles, and facing off against the Kings’ undersized frontcourt boosts his chances of extending his steak to five games.
