NCAA Basketball: Oklahoma State at Baylor Raymond Carlin III-USA TODAY Sports

The Oklahoma State Cowboys and West Virginia Mountaineers will look to improve their resumes with a nice victory to close out the regular season when they get together in Morgantown on Saturday, March 6th.

Oklahoma State (17-7, 10-7 Big 12) could be in some trouble on the injury front as their star freshman Cade Cunningham left the game late in Thursday’s 81-70 road loss to the Baylor Bears and is questionable with an ankle injury. He played 39 minutes and scored a game-high 24 points with seven rebounds and four assists. Cunningham would be a huge loss as he is most of the Oklahoma State offense. In addition, junior guard Isaac Likekele could be out again with a hand injury. He hasn’t played in each of the last three games.

West Virginia (18-7, 11-5 Big 12) continues to be one of the most consistent teams in college basketball, as the Mountaineers will go the entire regular season without losing back-to-back games. They are coming off a 76-67 home win over the TCU Horned Frogs on Thursday night. West Virginia is led by offense, which ranks No. 11 in adjusted efficiency. Guard Jordan McCabe sat out the last game with a lower back injury, and it’s unclear if he will return to the court on Saturday.
