The NCAA men’s basketball tournament went with a different format to the schedule for their 2021 version, and for one year the Elite Eight opens the week instead of closes the weekend. The quarterfinal round of March Madness takes place on Monday and Tuesday evening this year, and so we get some post-work basketball.
The Elite Eight brings two games on the slate each day. We get one game starting at 7:15 p.m. ET and one game starting at approximately 9:57 p.m. Monday’s slate features No. 2 Houston and No. 12 Oregon State in the early game followed by No. 1 Baylor and No. 3 Arkansas in the late game. Tuesday’s slate features No. 1 Gonzaga and No. 6 USC in the early game followed by No. 1 Michigan and No. 11 UCLA in the late game.
Monday’s Elite Eight games will air on CBS while Tuesday’s will air on TBS. There are also a variety of ways to stream the four games. Viewers can continue to stream March Madness Live, which is streaming every game of the NCAA Tournament. Paramount+ will stream the Monday CBS games while WatchTBS will stream the Tuesday TBS games.
For March Madness Live and WatchTBS, viewers will need to log in through a cable or streaming provider, while Paramount+ requires a subscription to its service or signing up for a free trial. If you don’t have a cable login to access those stations for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the Elite Eight.
