The Denver Nuggets are coming off a win over the Chicago Bulls at United Center on Monday night. The Bulls gave them a run but ultimately Nikola Jokic was too much. Will he be too much on Tuesday night for reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo? Chances are that won’t be the case. The Bucks have Jrue Holiday back and are on a five-game winning streak. The Nuggets are still thinned out by injuries and the back-to-back on the road will be tough. Let’s look at the lines.

My gut feeling is that the Milwaukee Bucks win this game but the line is really high for two playoff teams. I think a lot of stock will be put into the Nuggets having played last night in Chicago. The thing is, they looked good against the Bulls and Jokic was dominant. I think we’re more likely to see that momentum carry over or Jokic than the Nuggets to come out flat. Denver is 9-9 ATS on the road. The Bucks are a good home team, so this is a tough call. I’d maybe wait and see if any additional injury news to come out, see how the line shifts throughout the day. For now, I’ll take the points.
Player Prop: Michael Porter Jr. O24.5 Pts + Rebs + Asts (-110)
I looked long and hard at MPJ’s points prop at 14.5 and the line -115. I still think that’s a solid way to go in this game. The Pts + Rebs + Asts prop seems pretty safe considering MPJ has cleared this figure in three straight games, all double-doubles. He has four straight games with at least a double-double as well. Porter may have a tougher time against Giannis but the books also think there will be plenty of offense in this game. I think MPJ at least gets to 16-10.
