Kansas big man David McCormack will be cleared to join his teammates in the NCAA Tournament pseudo-bubble on Friday, according to head coach Bill Self today.
But his teammate guard Jalen Wilson won’t be with the team for their first round game against Eastern Washington, as he’ll still be in Lawrence until he can clear the COVID-19 protocol as well.
Kansas' David McCormack will arrive in Indianapolis on Friday & be in uniform for Saturday against Eastern Washington, per Bill Self.

Jalen Wilson will arrive later and could be available Monday.
Tristan Enaruna tested positive this week for COVID-19 & will remain in Lawrence.
These are needed players for the Jayhawks even for the first weekend. The junior McCormack averages 13.4 points and 6.1 rebounds per game, while the sophomore Wilson gets 12.1 points and 8.2 rebounds per contest. In a field as deep as this NCAA Tournament, every player makes a difference.
Right now the Jayhawks are a 10.5-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, which is the same line as before this announcement.
Dutch sophomore Tristan Enaruna will miss the first two games due to another positive test this week, and will miss all of the first weekend.
