In the first game on NBATV Friday night, the Denver Nuggets will look to continue their winning ways when they play the Memphis Grizzlies at 8 p.m. ET.

The Nuggets are coming into the contest on a four-game winning streak. This will be their fifth-straight road game. Before the NBA All-Star break, Denver defeated the Indiana Pacers 113-103 last Thursday. The Grizzlies have won three out of their last four games, including a 127-112 victory over the Washington Wizards at home on Wednesday night.

Can the Nuggets end their five-game road trip on a good note? Or will the Grizzlies capture their second-straight home win? We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here.

Denver Nuggets vs. Memphis Grizzlies, 8 p.m. ET, NBATV

Pick ATS: Nuggets -3

The line for Friday night’s game is currently set at three points, with the Nuggets being favored on the road. After losing to the Wizards by two points on Feb. 25, Denver has won four consecutive games by an average of 19.3 points.

During this current streak, the Nuggets have been getting tremendous performances from both Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. They also got a 24-point outing from Michael Porter Jr. in their last win against the Pacers, which was much-needed as Denver is still missing a few players due to injury.

Denver has a record of 6-4 in their last 10 games and is one of the best defensive teams in the West. They are only allowing opponents to score 110.6 points per game (5th in the West) and shoot 46.9 percent from the field. Lastly, Denver is 4-1 against the spread in their last five games and 5-1 ATS in their last six road games.

As for the Grizzlies, they’ve been a solid play against the spread with a record of 5-1 in their last six contests. Additionally, they are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games at the FedEx Forum. The Ja Morant-led Grizz has thrived as the underdog going 3-2 in their last five games and 11-9 overall this season. Unlike the Nuggets, Memphis is coming into this contest at full-strength, which could play a role in this game.

Player Prop: Will Barton O4.5 rebounds (+110)

With the Nuggets likely coming into this contest undermanned once again, they’ll need a group effort on both ends to extend their winning streak to five games. One player who will play a significant role is Will Barton. Barton’s name has been mentioned in trade rumors as the deadline is approaching. This season, he is averaging 11.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game.

The veteran forward has only gone over 4.5 rebounds in 13 out of 33 games played this season. But in Denver’s last five games, the veteran wing player is averaging 6.0 rebounds per game and has gone over his prop total in four-straight.
