The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are playing in the Super Bowl this year thanks in part to wide receiver Scotty Miller. Thrust back into the team’s third receiver spot, Miller caught a touchdown at the end of the first half to help put the Bucs over the Packers in the NFC Championship game. The question on the minds of fantasy football players is whether or not Miller can produce similar results in the Super Bowl.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bucs WR Scotty Miller, $5,100
Miller caught two passes on three targets against the Packers, including his touchdown grab, for a total of 36 yards. It was his first game with more than one catch since Week 15. The difference in this one was that Tampa Bay didn’t have Antonio Brown in uniform; he was dealing with a knee injury that kept him out of action. That gave Miller a lot more snaps to work with.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
The Buccaneers are expected to have Brown back in action for the Super Bowl. That cuts into Miller’s playing time, and takes away whatever fantasy value he had. Keep an eye out for updates throughout the day regarding Brown’s status.
