UPDATE: George has been ruled out for Friday’s game vs. the Celtics.

Los Angeles Clippers SG/SF Paul George is being listed as questionable to play in Friday’s game vs. the Boston Celtics due to a foot injury. The Clippers have won 11 of their past 13 games, and are coming off a back-to-back set earlier in the week. With two games over the weekend, the Clippers could get George a little bit of rest before Sunday’s matchup vs. the Sacramento Kings.

PG is coming off a game-high 36 points in a win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night. He shot lights out from the floor, going 13-of-20 and barely missed from outside, going 8-of-9 from beyond the arc. If George ends up sitting out, we should see the Clippers start Luke Kennard at SG alongside Kawhi Leonard, Reggie Jackson, Nicolas Batum and Serge Ibaka. The Clips have been without PG Patrick Beverley, who is dealing with a knee injury and is already out vs. the Celtics.
