Pick against the spread, best player prop for Warriors vs. Lakers on Sunday

We go over some of the best betting options for Sunday’s matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers.

The Golden State Warriors pulled off an improbable comeback the last time they faced the Los Angeles Lakers, and the two Western Conference teams are set to face off in round two on Sunday to wrap up the weekend. Los Angeles still doesn’t have Anthony Davis (Achilles), but the Dubs have gotten rookie big man James Wiseman back from a lengthy injury absence to help them win the battle in the post.

Warriors vs. Lakers, 8:00 p.m. ET, ESPN

The Lakers snapped a four-game winning streak by beating the Portland Trail Blazers in their last game thanks to Dennis Schroder's return. He scored 22 points in 32 minutes in his first game back from a layoff. Los Angeles won’t be at full strength against a Warriors team that’s won three straight games. However, Golden State hasn’t beaten a team above .500 since in nine games. Los Angeles still a notch or two above the teams the Warriors have gotten the best of lately and will have home-court advantage.

Player Prop: Draymond Green to record a double-double (+205)

Green flirted with a triple-double in the first quarter of his last game and has notched at least a double-double in back-to-back contests. His passing has ascended to another level, and Anthony Davis's absence will benefit his lackluster scoring and bolster his rebounding. Green is averaging more than 34 minutes per game in February, so he’ll get plenty of opportunities. Expect him to step his game up against the Lakers, as the Dubs have a ton of history with LeBron Jams.
