Petty and Shackleford combined for 17 points (6-14 FG, 3-6 3pt), while Moody had a game-high 24 points (3-12 FG, 2-5 3pt) and lived at the free-throw line (16-19 FT).

Mississippi State (13-11, 7-8 SEC) is coming off a dominating 69-48 win over the South Carolina Gamecocks on Wednesday for their second-straight win. The Bulldogs have won three out of their last five games, including two wins over South Carolina. Against SC, D.J. Stewart Jr. scored a game-high 15, to along with five assists, and four rebounds. This season, Stewart Jr. is averaging 16.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game.

The Best Bet

After a disappointing loss to the Razorbacks earlier this week, the Tide will be looking to get back into the win column on Saturday. The last time these two squads played Bama won 81-73 in January. In that game, the Bulldogs covered the +9.5, which is one of their six ATS win as the underdog this season. That being said, Bama is the better team and will be looking to make a statement on Saturday night.

Pick: Bama -6
