There are nine games in the NBA, which means (according to quick math), a metric ton of player props to choose from. Perhaps the most notable game on the slate is the Utah Jazz vs. Los Angeles Lakers, a game that now has LeBron James as a 9-point underdog. There are a few injury spots we can take advantage of, making for decent props to use in a parlay.
DraftKings Sportsbook has a wide array of prop bets available for the action, and we’ve identified a few lines that stand out. Let’s take a look at some options worth considering for Wednesday’s slate. DKSB is also offering a 33% profit boost on any 3+ leg parlay tonight.
Jaylen Brown O4.5 Assists (-134)
We rode this prop last week when it was down at 3.5 with Kemba Walker sidelined. The same goes Wednesday night with Walker resting. Brown should have to run the point a bit more and have the ball in his hands throughout this contest vs. the Atlanta Hawks. Brown went over 3.5 assists in the first quarter and finished with 7 in the game. In both games against Atlanta last week, Brown went over this total. The line has also gone down from -152. This feels like one of the safer lines on DKSB tonight.
Zach LaVine O31.5 Points (-103)
If you know me, you know I love a good NBA narrative. We’ve got a few going in this game. LaVine will be taking on his former team, the Minnesota Timberwolves, at home for the Chicago Bulls. LaVine was also just named to his first NBA All-Star team. The T-Wolves are a poor defensive team and have lost 9 of their past 10 games. The Bulls are on a roll and are at their best when LaVine is filling it up. Minny is allowing opponents to shoot around 38 percent from downtown. LaVine should have his way on offense.
Collin Sexton O24.5 Points (+103)
We’re going to stick with another points prop — this time Sexton and the Cleveland Cavaliers going up against the Houston Rockets. The status of Victor Oladipo (foot) would interest me a bit here. If Dipo is out again, this is an easier matchup for Sexton. Even so, Sexton has gone over this total in back-to-back games and flirts with it on most nights. We’re getting juice on the line, which is the big thing. The Rockets have lost eight in a row and most of those games have been lopsided. Sexton should carry momentum from the win on Tuesday night.
