We go over some of the best betting options for Monday’s matchup between Phoenix Suns and Portland Trail Blazers.

The Portland Trail Blazers head to the desert to face the Phoenix Suns looking to get back into the No. 4 spot in the Western Conference. The Blazers dropped their last game to the Wizards over the weekend to end a six-game winning streak. Unfortunately for Portland, the Suns have been equally as hot, winning eight of their past nine games to move back into the 4-seed in the conference. This game has a bit of playoff implications down the road if tiebreakers come into effect. Let’s take a look at the spread and make some picks! Here are all the lines via DraftKings Sportsbook.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Phoenix Suns, 9:00 p.m. ET

Pick ATS: Trail Blazers +6

The Blazers are coming off their first loss in a while. On the season, Portland is 7-2 ATS coming off a loss. During their winning streak, the Blazers had some impressive wins over the Sixers, Mavericks and Pelicans. So it isn’t like the Suns are that much ahead of Portland. The Trail Blazers are also great ATS on the road at 11-4 this season. Whenever a team is this hot and is getting this many points, there’s going to be an edge. The Suns have good defenders to try and thwart Damian Lillard. Most of the time I’ll pick Dame over defense. This spread feels too high for two teams this close in the standings.

Player Prop: Mikal Bridges O1.5 3-Pointers Made (-110)

Bridges has been hot from beyond the arc, hitting 9 of his last 15 attempts from distance. He’s hit the over in five of his past eight games, including three of the past four. The Blazers allow fifth-most points per game at just over 115 and allow opponents to shoot around 36 percent from 3-point range. This game should be up in pace and high scoring, so Bridges should at least get the attempts to reach two makes. We also know Bridges will get the minutes as one of the top perimeter defenders.
