No. 21 Wisconsin has lost three of its last five games, and its latest loss was the hands of Big Ten rival No. 11 Iowa. The Badgers have another conference game on Sunday against a Northwestern team they beat by 16 in January. Will the result be similar in the rematch?
Wisconsin (15-8, 9-7) have lost three straight games to ranked opponents. Recent matchups against Iowa and No. 3 Michigan were tough on the badgers, but they’ll get a chance at a tune-up game before having to face two ranked teams in their final three games of the regular season. D’Mitrik Trice leads Wisconsin in points, rebounds, and steals. The Badgers’ success will likely depend on him.
Northwestern (6-13, 3-12) is only above Nebraska in the conference. The Wildcats have lost 12 straight games since upsetting No. 4 Ohio State by one point earlier this season, but taking down another ranked opponent is a big ask. Sophomore guard Chase Audige has led Northwestern in scoring for three straight games. Northwestern’s top offensive weapon will have to be locked in.

Point Spread, Totals, Odds, Trends
Point spread: Wisconsin -6.5
Point Total: 131
Money line: Wisconsin -295, Northwestern +235
- Wisconsin is 11-12 ATS overall and 5-7-1 on the road.
- Nebraska is 8-9-1 ATS overall and 4-4-1 at home.
The Best Bet
Wisconsin took care of business at home against Northwestern and is coming off two days of rest after facing two tough opponents. The Wildcats haven’t won at home since Dec. 26 of last year against the Buckeyes. The Badgers have been the much better team and should cover the spread and get a win, despite their current losing streak.
Pick: Wisconsin -6.5
