Tennessee Titans wide receiver AJ Brown has been downgraded to questionable for their Week 6 Monday Night Football matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Brown has come down with an apparent illness according to the Titans’ injury report on Sunday.

This tacks onto the mounting health issues for Brown, who was already dealing with a hamstring injury heading into Week 6. The rising star receiver already missed two games this year before returning in last week’s 37-19 victory over the Jaguars, hauling in just three receptions for 36 yards.

Both him and fellow All-Pro Julio Jones were active in practice this week, participating as full participants on both Wednesday and Thursday. He indicated that because of his hamstring issues, he’d be playing a limited number of snaps. When asked, head coach Arthur Smith disputed it during a media scrum.

A potential loss of Brown places an even bigger weight on the shoulders of Jones, as well as Chester Rogers.
