What to do with Logan Thomas in the Wild Card round of the 2021 NFL playoffs

We go over the fantasy football and DFS outlook of Logan Thomas ahead of Washington’s Wild Card matchup against the Bucs in the 2021 NFL Playoffs.

The Washington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas is among the best at the position heading into the NFL playoffs. If you’re a part of daily fantasy or fantasy football playoffs, let’s take a look at what to expect from him this weekend.

Fantasy Football analysis: Washington TE Logan Thomas, $DKSalary

In his last time out in the final game of the NFL’s regular season, Thomas caught three of the six passes that went his way for 37 yards with a touchdown in a win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Washington clinched the NFC East division title with the victory.

Thomas is the highest priced tight end going into the Wild Card weekend at $4,900 according to DraftKings, which is $1000 more than the second highest priced tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Thomas will go up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that is allowing the 10th most points to tight ends this season.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Thomas is a pretty expensive player at the tight end position, which can sometimes be based on whether a touchdown is scored making it somewhat difficult to predict. I’d spend elsewhere and if you’re playing a fantasy league that maximizes value for players to move on to the next week, I’d also stay away from Thomas given that Washington is 8.5-point underdogs on DraftKings Sportsbook.
