The NFL playoffs kick off Saturday afternoon with the new 12-team Wild Card round, at which point we’ll start to narrow down the playoff field to the eventual winner of the Lombardi Trophy. The winner will be decided at Super Bowl 55, which takes place Sunday, February 7th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

The final game of what has been an unprecedented season kicks off at approximately 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS. As is always the case, the game will actually begin a few minutes after 6:30 with all of the pregame happenings. Jim Nantz and Tony Romo will call the game in the booth, while Tracy Wolfson and Jay Feely will serve as the two sideline reporters. Gene Steratore will provide his expertise as the rules analyst.

Most NFL games will run a little over three hours in length. However, the Super Bowl always goes significantly longer due to the numerous commercials and a lengthy halftime show. Things may be a bit different with the COVID-19 pandemic persisting, but we will still be able to enjoy a halftime show headlined by The Weeknd.
