The 12th-ranked Missouri Tigers will host a struggling TCU Horned Frogs team as part of the SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Saturday, January 30th. The game is set to tip off at 2:00 p.m. ET.
Missouri (10-3, 4-3 SEC) had their three-game winning streak snapped with a road loss to the Auburn Tigers earlier this week, and Missouri is now four games out of first place in the SEC. Three Missouri players fouled out of that game, and two more had four fouls. Missouri will need a better game from leading scorer Xavier Pinson, who scored seven points on 2 of 11 shooting from the floor.
TCU (9-6, 2-5 Big 12) is coming in with a four-game losing streak and has seen three games postponed in that span. After 16 days off, the Horned Frogs returned to the court on Thursday for a 59-51 road loss to the Kansas Jayhawks. Sophomore guard Francisco Farabello hasn’t played since January 9th with a calf injury, and his status is uncertain for Saturday’s game.
