If second-year wide receiver Terry McLaurin cannot play or sees his snaps limited on Sunday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. Then it should open up a door for tight end Logan Thomas to receive more snaps, who has been reliable option for the Washington Football Team this season.
Fantasy Football analysis: Washington TE Logan Thomas
Over the last few weeks, Thomas has emerged as a top go-to option for Football Team quarterback Alex Smith. Last week, the 6-foot-6 tight end recorded seven receptions (12 targets) for 63 yards. This performance was off the heels of a tremendous Week 15 outing, where he had a season-high 13 receptions (16 targets) for 101 yards. Despite not scoring a touchdown in either game, Thomas still produced 6.3 and 10.1 fantasy points, respectively.
On Sunday, Thomas will be facing an Eagles’ defense that will be missing a lot of starters and has struggled covering the tight end. This season, Philadelphia has allowed eight touchdowns and 8.5 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.
