The Denver Broncos are set to wrap up the 2020 season with a Week 17 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Drew Lock has had a rollercoaster of a sophomore season and has a chance to finish strong. Can he put together a solid fantasy performance?

Fantasy Football analysis: Broncos QB Drew Lock

It’s not surprising that Lock has been inconsistent this year. He hasn’t had his top wideout Courtland Sutton all season and has a young, inexperienced receiving corps. Lock can throw for four touchdowns in his best games but threw four interceptions the last time he faced Las Vegas. He’s had two subpar performances since lighting up the Carolina Panthers and Denver has scored 20 or fewer points in four of its last five games. Lock was once among the league leaders in passing attempts per game but has only eclipsed 40 once in the last five weeks. His volume spiked in Week 16 but there’s no telling whether he’ll be let loose for the season finale.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Sit Lock in the season finale. He’s been too sporadic to depend on.
