Veteran running back Leonard Fournette as done an admirable job over the last two games being the Tampa Bay Buccaneers feature back. The Bucs were without Ronald Jones II, who was placed on the reserve/COVID-19/list a couple of weeks ago. However, we was activated off the list and was a full participant at Thursday’s practice.

That being said, which running back should you go with in fantasy football this week? Let’s discuss it below!

Fantasy Football analysis: Bucs RBs Ronald Jones, Leonard Fournette

In Tampa Bay’s last two games, Leonard Fournette has seen his fantasy stock get a bump, due to him scoring three touchdowns. Even though, the veteran running back only has 83 yards on 23 carries in that span of time, Fournette still managed to score 18.5 and 12.6 fantasy points.

However, Fournette might not be able to achieve double-digits in Week 17 as he’s dealing with an abdomen injury. Also, Jones is making his return to the lineup and the Falcons’ run defense is actually solid. The last time we saw RoJo on the field, he produced 80 yards on 18 carries in Week 14 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start — Ronald Jones as a RB2

Sit — Leonard Fournette
