The Kansas City Chiefs’ high-powered offensive unit is hoping to continue rolling over opponents this week as they take on the Cleveland Browns in the AFC Divisional Round this weekend.
Can you expect their wide receivers to keep up their production this week?
Fantasy Football analysis: Chiefs WRs Tyreek Hill ($DKNation), Sammy Watkins ($DKSalary)
Kansas City has two 1,000+ yard pass-catchers and Hill is one of them. He trails behind TE Travis Kelce, but Hill still has almost 1,300 receiving yards. He also leads the team with 15 touchdowns on the season. The Browns have an iffy pass defense, currently ranked 25th in the league to fantasy points allowed to WRs, which is the worst of any team still in the NFL Playoffs.
Sammy Watkins hasn’t ever quite lived up to his NFL Draft hype, but he’s been a solid option for Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes. Because of the superstars around him, he doesn't see as much production as he would on another team, with just two touchdowns and zero 100+ yards performances on the season. He’s also been bothered with injuries, playing in just 10 games this year.
