Najee Harris finished up his night with 125 yards on 15 carries, averaging 8.3 yards per carry as he helped Alabama to a victory in the Rose Bowl. He created the highlight of the game early when he hurdled a defender for a big gainer, setting up an Alabama touchdown.

Harris has 15 carries for 125 yards, and four catches for thirty yards. He’s without a score, and that might be the only thing missing from his resume today in a tremendous performance on the biggest stage.
Alabama heads into halftime with a 21-7 lead over Notre Dame in the Rose Bowl. The most electric highlight of the game came when Najee Harris hurdled a defender for a big gain. After the first couple quarters, he has seven carries for 93 yards to go along with a pair of receptions for 15 yards.

Following the first quarter of play, Najee Harris carried the ball three times for 79 yards, highlighted by an incredible run where he leaped over a defender, setting up the Crimson Tide’s second touchdown of the game. Additionally, Harris has one catch for 14 yards. Alabama leads 14-0.

The Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the 2021 Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day. Alabama is dangerous all over the offensive side of the ball, and Najee Harris is a major reason for that. He will play a major role against Notre Dame as one of the best running backs in the country.
There was some chatter Alabama might have three Heisman Trophy finalists including Harris, but in the end only quarterback Mac Jones and wide receiver DeVonta Smith. It was still a spectacular season for the Alabama running game. During the season, Harris led the country with 24 rushing touchdowns with the third most yards rushing at 1,262 yards on the ground.
