Los Angeles Lakers C Dwight Howard will remain in the starting lineup for Game 1 of the NBA Finals vs. the Miami Heat on Wednesday, per Shams Charania of The Athletic. Howard was inserted into the lineup in place of JaVale McGee during the Western Conference Finals vs. the Denver Nuggets. Howard is expected to see plenty of time defending All-Star C Bam Adebayo.

Howard ($7,500 in DK Showdown) saw his playing time ramped up in Games 4 and 5 of the conference finals. He played a combined 58 minutes over those two contests, scoring 21 points with 20 rebounds. Howard is a decent value option at $5K in the UTIL slot in DK Showdown. Howard being in the starting lineup could mean bigger looks from Frank Vogel, which would mean less Rajon Rondo. The PG only played 13 minutes in Game 5 vs. the Nuggets.
