Friday update: John Brown has been taken off the injury report and will play against the Raiders this Sunday. This is good news for Josh Allen, as it looks like he’ll have a full complement of offensive weapons in a good matchup.

Thursday update: The Bills returned to practice on Thursday and welcomed back Brown. He was a DNP on Wednesday but then upgraded to limited on Thursday.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver John Brown left Week 3’s matchup with the Rams due to a calf injury and didn’t return. His status for Week 4 isn’t clear yet, but he will not practice today according to coach Sean McDermott. Brown also had a foot injury that he dealt with last week, so he is likely not close to 100 percent at this time.

With Dawson Knox out and Brown missing time last week, Tyler Kroft and Cole Beasley saw an uptick in work. Knox was in concussion protocol, so he may return this week, but we are still awaiting word on his status.

Brown’s absence hurts Josh Allen’s upside this week against the Raiders, but he’s shown enough to still think og him as a Top 5 fantasy quarterback option going into Week 4.
