Best available wide receivers on the Week 4 waiver wire

There are some wide receivers widely available that either have good matchups heading into Week 4 or had successful Week 3 performances that raised our expectations moving forward. With that in mind, here are five WRs with under 50% ownership at traditional fantasy football leagues that managers can consider picking up in their leagues.

Justin Jefferson, Vikings (31 percent)

Justin Jefferson caught 7-of-9 targets for 175 yards and one touchdown against the Titans in Week 3. Those nine targets led the team and showed that Jefferson is very much in play as a fantasy player moving forward. Add in the fact that they have a good schedule for receivers coming up, and he’s my No. 1 waiver pick up this week. Next up —@HOU, @SEA, ATL, BYE, @GB

Brandon Aiyuk, 49ers (28 percent)

The 49ers rookie receiver is healthy and saw a big workload in Week 3 against the Giants. He caught 5-of-8 targets for 70 yards and added 31 rushing yards and rand a touchdown on the ground. Aiyuk led the team in targets and adding rushing attempts can only boost his upside. The team should get Deebo Samuel and George Kittle back this week, but Aiyuk has likely established himself as a top target in this offense. Next up — PHI, MIA, LAR, @NE, @SEA

Tee Higgins, Bengals (5 percent)

Higgins likely passed A.J. Green as a Top 2 option for Joe Burrow in Week 3. He caught 5-of-9 targets for 40 yards and two touchdowns while Tyler Boyd was the No. 1 target with 13 and Green was No. 3 with six targets. Higgins has looked better than Green and should pair with Boyd as the leading fantasy receiver in an offense that looks like it will throw a ton. Next up — JAX, @BAL, @IND, CLE, TEN

Scotty Miller, Buccaneers (16 percent)

Miller caught 3-of-5 targets for 83 yards in Denver, which is good, but the reason he is an add this week is because Chris Godwin hurt. Miller won’t see more work, but he would see more targets if Godwin remains out. Next up — LAC, @CHI, GB, @LV, @NYG

Andy Isabella, Cardinals (1 percent)

Isabella scored twice last week after getting a bump in work with Christian Kirk out. Larry Fitzgerald hasn’t been getting the job done, leading to him seeing just three targets to KeeSean Johnson’s seven and Isabella’s four. Unfortunately for Johnson, he was unable to do much with his targets, catching just two for 24 yards while Isabella caught all four of his for 47 yards and two touchdowns. We can’t tell the future here, but Isabella has proven he is a useful part of this offense.
