Nick Foles replaces Mitch Trubisky after interception

Chicago Bears quarterback Nick Foles (9) passes the ball during training camp at Halas Hall.  Kamil Krzaczynski-USA TODAY Sports

Mitch Trubisky threw an egregious pick that led to a Falcons field goal in the third quarter, pushing coach Matt Nagy to bring in Nick Foles to run the offense. Trubisky had completed 13-of-23 passes for 128 yards, one touchdown and one interception, adding 45 yards on a single rushing attempt. The Falcons had a 26-16 lead when Foles came in, but Foles already looks like he’s brought a spark to the offense.
