What to do with Noah Fant in Week 3 fantasy football

The Broncos are hurting on offense, thrusting tight end Noah Fant into an even larger role.

Injuries have hit the Denver Broncos hard already this season. Headed into the third week of the season, they’re already without their starting quarterback, No. 1 receiver, and the other half of their running back committee. While that means tough times for fans, it’s puts tight end Noah Fant into prime position to succeed.

Fantasy Football analysis: Broncos TE Noah Fant

Fant’s produced regardless of who was under center. Denver’s second-year tight end has nine receptions for 138 yards and two touchdowns already this season. Most encouraging of all, he found plenty of room to work against a tough Steelers defense last week, catching four passes for 57 yards and a score, adding a two-point conversion for good measure.

The Broncos face another difficult defense this week against the Buccaneers. However, if he can produce against the Steelers, he should still be able to put up numbers this week too. The Broncos don’t have many other options on offense anyway, and this is a game where they’re likely to be throwing the ball a lot in the second half.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Noah Fant.
